Hi guys,

Slowly returning to fitness after almost an entire year off with pelvic & hip problems (trochanteric bursitis) which took a while to come right again.

Somehow managed to put on a good 35 pounds during that time and was 160 pounds at my heaviest. Trying to get back to normal (about 124 pounds) and have lost 7 pounds since the beginning of the year.

I'm finding it hard to struggle with things that used to come easy to me, for instance being a much slower runner now etc, but I'm trying to be positive and be grateful that I'm finally injury free.

    Thanks guys :flowerforyou:

I had at least two false starts returning to training when things still weren't right, but it's finally finally sorted now. Now all I need is a bit of patience... :ohwell:
