bad day....

its having a rough day i need to go out and run i just cant find the energy. i feel totally exhusted. my husband says i go though this all the time when i decide to get healty and im looking for an excuse not to go out and run. maybe hes right maybe i just need to go run and not worry about how im feeling... dose anyone else ever just feel BLAH and like doing nothing.

    Yes - and depending on what got me there dictates what I do. If its because I've spent the past week running hard and really making myself workout, then I definitely take a night to myself. If its just a rough day, going and working out makes me feel better and no matter how much I hate the idea of sweating, I make sure I get at least twenty minutes in and usually feel better by the end! The more I work out, the less often I feel like doing nothing.

    Yes. and when I finally do startr moving particularly running I remember exactly why they call it a runners high. The endorphins come flowing and I feel great. I even tell myself run for five minutes, run mile etc etc etc..that turns into a 5-7 miler in no time

    Yeah. So far i just keep at it and push myself. I know that if i take a day off then i will take off another day and then another and soon i wont be working out anymore. It makes me feel even better when i have pushed myself. I feel proud of myself because i did it. No one else did it, it was all me :-) Your doing a really good job. Just keep that in mind.
