Porridge oats (uncooked) with raspberry or blueberry flavored semi-skim milk on work days, oatmeal with rhubarb and cinnamon if I crave a warm breakfast. On weekends, protein pancakes - you can find the recipe here on the forum somewheree, this is where I got it.0

Carnation Breakfast Essentials made with skim milk and sometimes an English muffin toasted with a pat of butter. I really hate eating before 10am so the liquid breakfast is a lifesaver. Then sometimes I'm talked into a skinny caramel latte for only 90 calories from my favorite coffee shop - IF I have cash and IF I have time on my way to work and IF the line isn't too long.0
