Hello All... I am new to this site.... I am currently working out 5 days a week... I am doing P90X! I am cutting out all the fat and bad stuff that i used to consume and trying to live a healthier lifestyle. This is my third week working out and dieting and I am excited to see my end result! Wish me luck and give me some pointers on how to resist the cravings and any good rescipes that you like and i will do the same. Good Luck everyone on your journey to being fit!
