Serves 4 people

300g carrort
100g Parsnip
20g Cauliflower
30g Sweet corn
200g potato (or sweet potato can be used)
25g diced onion
10g garlic puree
2 tbl sp tomato puree double concentrate
1 tsp thyme (fresh or dry)
1 tbl sp basil/ 5 leaves
1 tbl sp Rosemary (fresh or dry)
1 vegetable stock cube
1 tbs paprika

Cook and blend smooth
