I'm fixing this for dinner. I'm using fat free cream of mushroom, chicken and celery soups with a can of skim milk, brown rice and skinless chicken breast.
How do I count up those calories?

Click on Food, the Recipes
You put in the exact amounts of everything you use, and the amount of servings and it calculates all the nutrition info for one serving!0 -
hpruett does the same as me we kinda do a rotating menu so I just went in and made recipes of everything that we have on a regular basis and did it that way. Plus once you do it it is always there so if you have it again it will be there!0
