Hi I am bkiba from Northern California, 48 years old and am trying to get down to 120. I am sitting at 153 right now. I walk/run 5k races and am walking every saturday approximately 6 - 10 miles to prepare for a 2 day 39 mile fundraiser walk in July. I work out at a gym here regularly. Hope to find buddies out this way.:bigsmile:

    I am trying to get to 120. I weigh 147. I find it so hard. I exercise 6 to 7 times a week. I know we can do it. I am from North Carolina but currently live in Tenness. I am 39 years old.
