Hi,
my name is Amber, a friend told me about this app on my phone. thought i'd get online and check it out and seen theres a community! :) today was day 1 of keeping track of my calories.. How is it all working for you all?

    Hi! Welcome!!! It's working very well for me. I've set a goal of 1500 calories and I've been keeping track daily for 2 weeks. I've lost 11 lbs since Dec 28th! I like the sight very well and I've found most all of my foods on here.

    Welcome Amber... We all have weight to lose and tracking on MFP is the best way I have tried WW and a hundred other ways to lose weight over the years with plenty of ups and downs so I am finding this the best way. :smile:
