Way over in sodium

Usually I stay at or under 1700mg. Today I had 4029. I went to the zoo today and walked around and up hill for about 3 hours which is good but the food I packed was apparently high in sodium. Can I anticipate done water retention?

but I wonder about that water weight idea...you know, when you lose weight and people are like, that's just water weight...hello?! we are 70% water, right?! I mean many people have to watch water retention and so they watch their sodium, but it's kinda like the chicken or the egg, you know? anyway, I'm rambling. but yeah, you probably are retaining water.0

Most definately. However, the less processed your food is, the less sodium you would consume :-)0

Short term only, unless you make a habit of it. A few days and it should be gone.0
