New to the site

I've been looking to try something new to help reach my goals. I've lost about 50lbs over the past 1-1/2 years, but was starting to gain it back in the last months. I recently started hitting the gym consistently but figured I should start tracking things to see what i'm doing wrong. The app and site seem easy enough to use...so I'm hoping this is what I need to jump-start everything again! I'm truly committed to achieve my goal!

    You are at the right place. This app is what you need to help you. But you always have to eat the number of calory needed and do exercice to help. You can also use I map my walk or one of the following series to help you with exercices. I lost 23 pounds only by using those two apps and I'm very proud of the challenge I can add with I map my walk, to give me some push to continue.
