My Name is Stacy.. I am trying to eat healthier and loose weight.. I have a problem with eating properly (really not taking in enough daily calories) , so if anyone has any good daily eating tips, please send this way.. Thanks

For myself I had to get all of the foods I should not eat out of the house. I plan meals for the week and build my grocery list from that. I make sure to not buy any extras. I stay out of food isles that have all the bad food and spend a lot of time in the produce section.0
