Vitamins and potassium

After logging my foods i noticed that I am low on many vitamins and potassium. Any suggestions. ( I know bananas but anything else)

dried apricots, potatoes, any sorts of beans/legumes, carrot juice (ick!) are all good sources of potassium (plus lots others...a quick google search will bring up a good list, just make sure it is from a reputable source!). also, eating a variety of fruits and veggies will give you a good mix of you vits!0

My hubby was worried about this, too, until he pointed out that the database doesn't really have a place to enter potassium when adding manually. Since many of the entries on the database are user-submitted, it's probably just that what you're logging from the database doesn't include the potassium content (among other vitamins and minerals).
