Just downloaded the 30 day shread (Jillian Michaels)

Hey guys,

I've seen a lot of people raving on about this workout DVD so thought I'd download it and give it a shot. I'm currently at the gym on average 4-5 times a week (I absolutely LOVE the Les Mills classes at the gym - body combat, body attack, body step, body pump etc).

I just wondered whether you think it would be possible (and to see results) if I were to attempt the 30 day shred but inbetween my workouts/classes that i already do down the gym? Obviously this would mean not sticking to the 30 day shred day in and day out but maybe doing half and half per week (say 3 days down the gym and 4 days on the 30 day shred)

If theres anybody out there that has tried the 30 day shred but didn't stick to it vigorously because of other gym commitments can you let me know how you got on?
