Hi
Am I able to adjust my % breakdown of carbs/proteins/fat in my food diary? I have discovered I need to be eating 60% carbs, 25% protein and 15% fat to suit my metabolic type.

If you go to MY HOME, then GOALS, and CHANGE GOALS, then you should be able to change it there.
Can I ask how you found out what the percentages should be for you? I would love to know what suits my metabolic rate0 -

I have just read a book called The Metabolic Diet, it made so much sense and typed me down to a tee!! Scary!!

hi also you can look up on google (eat right for my body shape) and thats tells you what food is best for your matabolisum and shape to burn calories quicker and eat food thats right for you hope this helps x0
