i just recently downloaded this app on my iphone:)

ive always been the girl who could eat whatever she wanted and not worry because i've ALWAYS played sports. Ive been out of high school for close to 2 years now and of course its catching up with me. (im 5ft 3in tall and about 130 lbs). I'm not trying to be the girl whose skinny as a rail but I want to start eating healthier and working out. My boyfriend wants to work out too so i know i'll have a work out buddy. My problem (as well as his) is motivation, and will power. I'm a sucker for sweets and sometimes i just cant control myself haha. As well as bread, i looooove bread which is soooooo bad for you! anyway...any tips on how to stay on track?? thanksss:)
