to manage my snacking (because i have a weird schedule) i have actually broken down the times i can eat during the day and it really helped me to also get more of a handle in loggin calories

breakfas 9-11am
lunch 12-4pm
dinner 5-8pm
snack 9-11 (sometimes)

now by only only eating once during each time frame it has helped me to break down my calories and spread them more evenly throughout the day. also havent been snacking.
