Trying to get started - YAY! - Knoxville, TN (Karns)

Hi All - I'm trying to get in shape. Want to lose 20 pounds and look and feel like my "old self" - I have been toying with it for several months - but now have decided to "get serious" about it. I found a personal trainer and just started taking pilates 2 nights a week - and starting a 4 week program on one additional night. I love the pilates and so far am enjoying those. I decided to start a food journal TODAY as it is exactly 3 months til my birthday and found this website. So excited about this! I eat out a LOT due to busy lifestyle and I think this will make it so much easier to keep track of - plus I'm on the computer all the time and a Facebook addict - LOL!!! If there are others out there in the Knoxville - especially Karns area - would love to make some new friends and/or support system buddies. Good luck!!!

I'm not in Knoxville now, but I lived there for about 10 years, and much of my family still lives there (West Knoxville area).0
