Is HIIT as effective in an evening (couple of hours before bed) or is it just as good to do cardio so late?

I personally always have to work out in the evenings due to my schedule and I find a quicker response on the scale when I do HIIT instead of just Cardio. I am getting to the point that is all I do beside resistance training. I think it is just as effective regardless of time of day.
  • Calories burned is calories burned and a weight lifted is a weight lifted. It doesn't matter when you workout, as long as you workout.

After a session yesterday lunchtime I felt buzzing! Till about 7pm last night when I felt like I was living in a dead body (only way I can describe it). I was so heavy and tired and, well at 9pm I was fast asleep!
    Fantastic acheivement though x

I LOVE HIIT and always do mine in the eveningwithout any ill side effects. It doesn't affect my sleep at all if anything I sleep better!!
