GNC 7 day fast flush

I was thinking, I haven't been quite as successful with weight-loss since before the holidays. I was thinking of changing my diet up a little bit, restricting it a little more, etc. I was thinking of jump starting it by doing one of those 3-day liquid diets or trying GNC's 7 day fast flush. I would love to hear all of your insight on this....

    Not give TMI but...

    I did one of those GNC 7-day weight loss jump start things and at the end of it I was incredibly constipated. It was horrible.
