Meeting My Calories

I am having issues with meeting my alloted number of calories for the day. I eat my three meals a day but I still have an issue get the total number any ideas on how I can do this?

    eat 5-6 small meals a day.. and maybe 2 snacks...

    Try to eat a few calorie dense snacks, like peanut butter or almonds. If you just can't stomach any more food, then try to cook things with olive oil. That's what I do when I can't fit all my cals in... which is hardly ever a problem LOL.

    Thanks for the suggestions I really appreciate it. I have high cholesterol and need to follow certain foods so I will try to add a couple things into my meal plan but the foods I am supposed to eat seem to be low in calories so I have to eat more and I am so full lol...
