Trying again

Well I am introducing myself. I am a mom of two wonderful boys, and a wife of an amazing man. I started my weight loss journey last year and did well, I lost 45 lbs by going to the gym and eating healthier. Then I lost track of what was going on, and for reasons beyond my control cannot go back to the gym. I have only gained about 10lbs back, but I don't want it to get out of control, so I am taking this step. I have a different kind of problem, I have a hard time taking in the calories, I usually short my allowed intake by 500 calories, so yeah sounds like a stupid problem, but I am not burning fat, I can only lose so much before it just stops and I don't lose anything. So, my goal is to try to take in the right amount of calories and exercise a lot!! So wish me Luck!!!!
