Hello everyone,

I am new to MFP and so far this seems to be a great tool!! Love how you can actually track specific foods!! I am a 25 year old girl who has always had to struggle with her weight. I am not one that wants to diet though, I believe just by portion control and watching what you eat, you can and will loose weight!! Obviously exercice comes along with that! I'm hoping this tool will help as motivation to my weight loss goal!!

If anyone has easy healthy recipes they have I would love to hear them! I'm good with breakfast and lunch, but diner is always a hard one to eat healthy at for me so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
