:flowerforyou: My bff recommended morning star veggie sausage patties and I love them!! 3g fat/ 10 g protein!
Also kinda gross but I LOVE taking fiber at night and having a glorious poo in the A.M.!! I love fiber choice and it tastes like chewy candy :):blushing:

    Something old is ice cream.

I still eat it, I just eat Bryers Light insead of Haagen Daz Light (1/2 the calories) and add LOTS of crystal light or peach mango or pom juice in the blender. It goes down really smooth (not thick) and yeah.

So now I get about 2 servings of ice cream a day on these hot Colorado days and still only have 200 calories of it!! Hehe.

    Something new is water.

I "learned" how to drink it and have had about 100 oz a day for the last 4.

    :)

Something old is sushi, Good lord I do love it.

Something new is Diet V8 splash. Never in my life did I think I would drink something that has carrot juice, V8 juice and the words Diet in the title. Yet...it's great. I likes it a lot!

Something old - I've gone back to eating my carbs (rice and pasta) and am enjoying them.

Something new - exercise! Since I realised I could eat more if I exercised, I joined a gym and am amazed to find I love doing all the different classes!
