COMING BACK

I am not new here, but it has been quite awhile since I last visited. I noticed that my MFP journal was last filled in 11 months ago! So, I imagine it has been that long!

Same ol' thing, here to lose some weight. I was diagnosed with an abnormal glucose tolerance, and my doctor says I need to lose about 30 pounds to reduce my chances of becoming diabetic.

I follow the Zone Diet, but I will use MFP to track my calories. I have found ways to "get around" the Zone by taking in too many calories.

Personally, I am 46, and a mom of 3 children. Hubby works away from home, so I am a single mom during the week. I also work full time, so our schedule is crazy. I have a hard time finding the time for exercise, and when I do, I really lack motivation to do it.
