Hiya everyone from sunny scotland :)

I have been using mfp for a week now properly and i have lost 8lb i have just upped my exercise and cut my calories. I like most
have tried every diet and fad diet going loosing a bit of weight and it all going back on twice as fast, i was on the verge of starting Ligher life the shake diet but i stopped myself and decided to just eat less and move more and so far so good.. i would welcome any friends to add me ive a long way to go but im gonna stick with it this time..:) xx
