Warrior Diet with Keto Tendencies

Hey Yall! First off NO ARGUING! JUST WANT FEEDBACK NOT BASHING AGAINST THE DIET!! THANKS
I'm doing the Warrior Diet (fasting for 20 hours from 8:00pm till 4:00pm the following day, with 4 hours of feeding from 4:00pm till 8:00pm) I am doing a clean Keto diet with lots of ground beef, fish and chicken all with oils and full fat dressings and marinades.
I am consuming around 1450 calories in my 4 hour window and I have never felt better.
FOR ME this works,because I have a desk job, and I tend to want to snack and eat extra after I've eaten a smaller meal. I find that when I eat one large meal a day it makes everything easier because I stuff myself to the point of no return! haha.
So!
My starting day was Saturday January 15th
Starting Weight: 171lbs

Sounds interesting! I'm doing a Daniel Fast for 21 days. I started on Sunday. I am doing it for spiritual reasons, but am very interested in seeing how it affects my weight.0

huh...interesting. I have never heard of it....I am a big fan of what works for you stick with it...(as long as you are healthy and going to doctor regularly for blood work and all)

I had a lot of results with something similar. I just call it ketogenic low carb with intermittent fasting. Good luck!

Today's Weight: 169.9lbs (+2.5lbs)
It was mine and my bf's 1 month anniversary yesterday and he wanted to take me out for dinner, pretty much begged me because we haven't been for dinner in ever because of my dieting. So I said yes, and I let myself go a little bit and ate everything I wanted.
So I'm up a bit, but tonight I'm back to normal.

112g's Protein

Making everything good again, it's on a path. My boyfriend and I are going to visit his mom this weekend (she lives about 6 hours from us) but I'm not sure what she cooks or what she's going to make etc. So I'm going to try to keep the Keto going.. worst case, I just stick with my Warrior Diet, but I won't have acess to a scale (Help!) or a computer from Friday night around 6:00pm till about 8:00pm on Sunday.. dear god.. lol.0 -
Nice work. I started this about 5 days ago and have lost 3.5KG (7.7lbs). I'm slowing working my way down to a four hour eating window. At the moment my eating window is 2:30pm - 8pm, but slowly working down to 4-8pm.
