Workout routine

I am trying to find a workout routine that works for me and will help me lose more weight this week and weeks ahead. Can everyone give me some input about this routine:
Week 1: 30 day Shred; Mon, Wed, Fri
P90X Shoulders & Arms & Ab Ripper X; Tues
P90X Legs & Back & Ab Ripper X; Thurs
Week 2: Walk briskly on treadmill for approx 30 mins per day (including inclines)
And I would switch back and forth between the 2 weeks.
Any input would be great.

I am certainly not an expert, but I sounds liek you are sterngth traing one week and doing cardio the next. I think it might be better to mix the cardio in the first week. I personaly do aerobic, yoga, agua aerobic, sculpt and zumba. so I get a good mix.
but on the other hand I think you should do what you enjoy and what you think you can stick with. I wish you luck. Give you plan a try. if you don't liek teh results you can always tweek the routine.0
