    Welcome! I have found inspiration through my friends on this site. I found my friends by reading the introduction forum and some of the other. I even jumped outside my comfort zone and have requested many to be my friends. So, add as a friend if you would like to. I'll help when I can.

    i've been a member for quite a while and when i stick to filling in the calories I do lose weight, just trying to get back into it after Christmas, and need some movitation, so I thought i would join the forums for some help
