My name is Mindy, I live in upstate NY. I just joined this site and am so excited to have a group of great people taking the same journey as me!! I have started and stopped the weightloss plan too many times. Seems like forever. But I know that I am the only on that can make that difference! I am turning 40 this year, and determined to reach my goal this time! :smile:

    Good luck with everything! Sticking with it is the hardest part! Although physically, a healthy lifestyle is hard to adjust too, it is just as hard to adjust mentally.
