Back for some serious weight loss!

Well, I originally joined a few months ago and I did good. I lost 15 lbs and have kept it off! (Yay me ) but I haven't been exercising lately or keeping track of my food. So now I'm back to keep track and lose the rest of the weight.
I can't be doing that bad though, I went to the track today and did 3 miles of power walking! I didn't even know I could do that. Lol.
