I'm sorry if this has been asked lots or if I've missed it but what's a 'cup' equivelent to?
I've had some mixed fruit and nuts and the measurements on here are in cups.
Please help a newbie.
Thanks
Amanda

And if you're measuring a liquid, 240 grams. That changes with the density of the liquid ... so look it up if you're ever in doubt.
Tip: weight is more accurate than volume when it comes to tracking calories.0 -

1 cup= 8 fluid ounces. If you have measuring cups that reflect ML, it would be 238.6 ml.0
