Hi guys,
I just started myfitnesspal after falling off the weightwatcher's wagon. This is only my second day, but I'm worried I will have the same problem I had with weightwatchers: actually staying motivated. I definitely struggle with actually staying on track and keeping focused. The exercise aspect of having a healthy lifestyle isn't a problem (I'm training for my second half marathon this spring), but it's the eating!!! I love to eat and constantly struggle with portions and not snacking!
Any advice is aprpeciated!
