I was told about this site by a very nice women at the gym this is my second day on and i ended my first day 500 calories short of my daily intake i just couldnt eat anymore now here i am again today short then i added excerise and gained 80 extra what am i doin wrong can someone help me?

Did you input your information correctly? Like your exercise times and your lifestyle? Are you eating correct portions?0

yes i answered all the questions and i've been measuring my portions i guess my question is should i really be eatin 1,950 calories a day thats where im having problems cause i cant seem to make that goal0
