Less Calorie Burning.....

This is just an FYI that I got on an website that I visited: "Our bodies adapt to exercise, and will burn less Calories as time goes on." This maybe why as you exercise more and the body adapts, the calorie burn is less. That maybe one reason why the MFP calculations are off, due to our bodies adjusting to exercising. I hope this helps other when looking at their exercise calories.

I totally believe this! I am breastfeeding twins and I know that I used to burn a ton of calories doing it, but since September I gained 10 pounds! I think my body just adapted to it, the same way my husband can gain weight even though he spends 14 hours a day working and he works really hard, running, lifting packages, stuff like that.0

So I wonder how often we should change up our workout routines? I'm doing a "day 1, day 2" plan, but I'm sure my body will get used to it eventually. Thanks for posting this.0
