Night duty

I'm sure I'm not the only one on here who works 12 hr night duty with no set schedule 7 pm to 7 am..On any given week .I could be working 4 on 3 off. Could be 1 on 1 off all week.
My health has deteriorated over the past 6 yrs( day shift isn't an option right now.)
So has anyone got this all nailed down.. when to eat, what to eat. It's not rocket science I know and there must be a solution. But I'm stuck in this erratic over eating, skipping meals rutt. Plus I have every intention to walk when I leave work each morning and over my 12 hr shift I manage to talk myself out of it!
I just need a plan to stick with for 30 days( takes that time to form a habit they say)
Please? any suggestions?

  • I'm doing the 30 day shred, because I just cant spare more than 20 minutes a day consistently. I do it right when I wake up, I wonder if something like that would work for you, just do it first thing, even if it's not "the am"?
