Just wondering if anyone has tried this or if any one knows anything about it. Did some research some is good and some is bad.

I avoid ALL fruits juices due to the high sugar content, along with most fruits. I do tons of veggies instead.0

Hi. I just watched a program about it. It has terrific antioxidant properties, but scientifically cannot help you lose weight. I saw it last week on 20/20. It is vastly produced now. Definately not bad for you. Tons of Vit C.0

I agree with kay43026. Tons of sugar and most of the nutrients are lost in processing and pasturization. Maybe if you use a little for smoothies, other than that I'd stay away from juice all together.0
