Hi, I just had my first full day of using myfitnesspal and really like it. I have always been pretty big and am currently at 224lbs with a goal of 182. I'm aiming for 2lbs a week so fingers crossed! I'm glad there is a message board for those times when motivation might be fading! Any tips anyone might have for the plan would be great!

    I just started too and I really like it. I am aiming for a pound a week, if I set my sights too high I tend to get discouraged and give up. Congratulations on making through your first day....one day at a time gets it done !!! :flowerforyou:
