Joined last week just getting back on track.. Have all my life ,and have to always continue alway! and at times ,feel {is it worth it}


so some days yes,and some days no,those days are the ones when u are not losing or a few weeks feel u not not seeing any results,be very patient , all will come :all in good time! but after the holiday's just getting foused more on just me,so i can get in shape when its time for bike trail,living in the Silver Valley usually starts early in march if wheather is a big factor,could still snow! well just patientiy waiting.with the extra pounds from nov and december its time of get them off! and just posting just to say hello!
