My friend told me the other day that she read in an online article about it. But is there any facts behind how it works or if it even works?

  • I've heard that chilis do that, but i'm a SUPER WIMP so that is going to have just roll on by me. I don't do spicy anything.

Hot, very Cold and Spicy foods /drinks can increase the metabolism slightly as the body has to work harder to bring your temp back to neutral! =] :flowerforyou:

I've heard the same thing... I LOVE spicy foods, but don't fix it often as my daughter doesn't care for chili, and now that I"m living with my Grandpa after Grandma passed away, he doesn't tolerate it all that well either...
  • I'm going to have to break out my Pure Cap again. Does wonders for kicking the heat up on anything without changing the flavor much. You just have to be careful with it.

I wonder what the nutrition info on it is?
