Looking to keep myself motived...again!!!

Hello everybody! My name is Molly and I joined MFP this week! I have been working out 5 to 6 days a week for the last 2 1/2 weeks...again. I was doing really well last spring, but fell off the wagon around the Holidays. I have gained 8lbs of the 20 that I lost. I am looking for motivaiting people to give me that kick in the pants that I need to keep going with my healthy habits.

    I have the same problem! I just fall out of focus when there is so much going on. And winter time is here, depression is attempting to creep in... Awful!
