Kettlebell article to read

This link is just one of many you can find online for kettlebell exercising. I myself have been working out with kettlebells and it is great exercise.

    these exercises look great and using a kettlebell is a great tool for strength training, though I do think that the author might be exaggerating a little the calories burned. 300 calories in 15 minutes is pretty unrealistic, but otherwise this is a great article!

    edit - my hubby just informed me that it is definitely possible to burn 300 in 15 minutes if the kettle bell is heavy enough and if you don't start cold....so maybe I spoke too soon :)
