Hello. I was so lucky to run across this site. I am not dieting, but need to lose about 15-20 pounds for my general good health and mobility. So far, I am just filling in the daily diary, and it is an exercise in awareness. It's amazing how often I forget to log on a mindless snack! Or those potato chips with my sandwich at noon.
It is really an awakening to see the total calories added up and the projection made about my weight loss aspirations.
