Nope, just eat a big breakfast!! I find eating at night (making dinners) my biggest downfall. I'm not always hungry, but want to eat what I have made. I try to drink a huge glass of water before eating ANYTHING!!0

I'm becoming a big fan of the 24/48 hour train of thought. If you really aren't hungry, just make the calories up tomorrow. We're all going to have days when we're over on calories.....and we're all going to have days when we're under, as well. Get a good night's sleep and eat a big breakfast in the morning! :flowerforyou:0

I am in the same boat...I don't want anything to eat, but I'm 450 calories short of my 1200 net. I'm just going to go with it. If I'm not hungry I'm not going to force myself to eat.0
