What day do you add...

late night eating to? I am SO busy during the day that I forget to eat and then I wake up in the middle of the night hungry (I'm breastfeeding twins who are 22 months old still so that makes me hungry!) and eat something.

It used to be really bad, like a zombie eating non stop, but since I started on here I'm limiting it to ONE serving of whatever it is I'm craving...

But I don't know if I should add it to the day as a snack, or to the next morning as part of breakfast.

Last night I think it was like 2 am so I added it to breakfast...

    thanks! I was thinking before midnight to the night before and after to breakfast, just so I have a "rule" to stay consistent because it can't matter THAT much I don't think.

    For awhile, I changed by food diary to have one entry: Food I Ate Today. Worked for me for several months last year.

    I actually add it to the same day, not breakfast. I dont count it as a new day until I wake up and start my day :]
  • I personally add it to the day before. Same thing here, my new day starts when I wake up. I have no excuse (pregnancy), I just like to eat!
