Hi all, I just happened to find this app on my Andriod when I was looking for something to start keeping track of my walking. I think this is awesome as I love technology, hope it keeps me motivated. My goal is to lose 30lbs by the summer, once I lose 20 I plan to quit smoking as well but wanted to start losing the weight before I do that and try to keep to it off.

Any advice, comments etc welcomed.

    Hi im dana, ive been on my diet 2 days. and have lost 2lbs yay me! ive cut my calories, sugar and carbs. im hoping to lost 30lbs... anyone near dyersburg, tn?:flowerforyou:
