Hi everyone,
I have actually been doing this since Nov, 17th and by watching my sodium intake everyday and keeping it under 1,000 Mg a day, lowering my sugar intake, watching portion sizes and of course exercising. I have now lost 31.5 Lbs. I feel so good........
I have never been able to lose one Lb. let alone 31.5.. My advise is to read the labels on everything....... It is really enlightening...

Completely agree! I've lost more weight since January 1st, paying attention to sodium and sugar, than I lost from August to December NOT paying attention to them. Although I still go over some days, I'm nowhere near the levels I was at before.0
