    o.k. so looking at it this way......OMG I've lost 728 sticks of butter since 10/28/09. It's awesome but its really gross. So 1 stick = 1/2 cup of butter. So that is 374 cups of butter or 374 dozen butter cookies which equals 4488 butter cookies! I've probably eaten that many. No wonder I was so fat! LOL

    I have lost 64 sticks of butter since I became a fitness pal member. But since 2003 when I changed my eating habits and joined my gym I have lost 224 sticks of butter. I have regained my health and self esteem!!
