Worry about mercury!

Tuna is a great snack, I recentley tries mixing it with avocado and pepper as per Oxygen magazine suggestion....delish! However tuna has one of the highest mercury contents. Especially if training for a show it's easy to incorporate too much mercury ladden fish in the diet (which can lead to dimensia) . Shouldn't be used for every day year round.

You should try the Chicken of the Sea pink salmon in the pouch. It tastes a lot like tuna but is much better for you. Not only does it not have all the mercury, it has tons of Omega-3 fatty acids that are so good for your brain!0

I recommend canned salmon instead. It has more nutritional benefits and are low in contaminants. If your on the west coast Costco sells it in packages of six.0
