For the Beginner....

Hey! If you're like me and have alot of weight to lose, you might try "Walking Away the Pounds" by Leslie Sansone on DVD to get you started. It is an awesome workout, and all you have to do is walk. It gets you UP and MOVING!

I've been doing this workout because right now all of the others are too hard for me. Thought some of you might enjoy this, as well!
