so i started this about 3 days ago and already lost 10lbs... ???
i think its just because i got sick recetly and lost a lot of my contentse then. but i guess its just an extra push? and so far im keeping it off and keep losing. is that ok?
so some info about me,
blond, blue eyed, tall, top half looks skinny, bottom says BAMM! (not the good kind, the oh thats huge bamm)
im a very competative athlete. i play volleyball basketball soccer dance cheer and if i could football(

you might have lpst 10 lbs. Maybe some of it was water weight. Do you weigh yourself at the same time? I try to in the morning before I eat anything. Typically I notice a massive initial weight loss, then a slow down, and even back track if I put on muscle mass. I say weigh again in a few days.0
